Every heard of JediLive? Me neither until one of our students, Evolution, told me about it on IRC. Here's what the website says about it:
"JediLive is a great way to just see who's on and check the status of your server. I have made everything customizable to you as far as colors and pictures go so its easy to match your own layout. You can specify certain colored names for Laggers, Teamkillers, Server Joiners, and Admins. I hope you enjoy it!" Anyway, we've set up our three servers with it. Here's the stupid simple version, I'm sure DJ Sith will add it into the server database at some point (*hint*DJ*hint*). Use these links to see how busy the server is, or just to be nosy! If you are using any form of this command:
/bind key "+left;cl_yawspeed 2500" which executes a spin at a rapid pace, and you are caught using it, you will receive warnings... and you can all consider this warning number one. Another rule update involves respecting a trainer who is teaching a class at the same time you're on the server. The Rules page has been updated accordingly for both rule updates. |

We've had WAY too many problems on the server as of late. You are all required to read the rules if you are a member of the Academy. This includes trainers, students, staff, and administrators. These rules are non-negotiable
And if you're not a member but just curious, read them as well. |

I've changed my server's password. You can view it by logging into the site with your JA username/password and hitting the Servers link on the menu. Have fun! |

For those of you who are having trouble finding the servers, go to the servers page on the left. On each server you'll see the ip address and password. The easiest way to log on to each server would be to click the password button and type the password, then click the "new favorite" button and type the address... either the numerical ip address or the alphanumeric (letters) ip address will work. Hope this helps all of you having problems! |

Mad props to Lord Lightning for donating a server for us, this one's hosted on a cable connection in Canada. Check the servers page for the details. For all you eastern hemisphere folks: take heart. We're working on ecuring 2 European and 1 Australian server. |

Yes, hell has frozen over. Student applications are FINALLY open. Just click the "Sign Up" link to the left and choose "student" (don't waste your time with "staff", it won't submit) or click here.
Please note that it's gonna take some time for me to deal with all the applications, since I have to do it all by hand. And also note that classes won't actually begin until the map is 100% done (which hopefully will be this weekend) and we can post it for the public. Once I receive your application, I'll send details on how everything will work, and once we get closer to classes starting (aka the map being done) I'll put detailed instructions on the site on how everything works. Between this and the World Cup knockout round, I'm pretty much screwed on sleep for the next few days and weeks  |
