Everyone, please congratulate Jaiko D'Kana for his promotion to Jedi Instructor. This has been a long time coming for Mr. D'Kana, he has shown us how it is to be a true Jedi. He is wise, skillfull, honorable, fair and funloving. Give him a hand, go leave him "I love you" messages on his profile! Congratulations Jaiko, you make a very suiting addition to the Jedi Trainers here, and we know you'll do a fantastic job. |

A warm congratulations are in order for MOTREC, who has been promoted to the rank of Jedi Trainer today. Motrec has worked quite hard for the Academy for some time now, he knows his stuff both in-game and out. He's a mighty fine teacher and prides himself in keeping everything fun-filled. Due to a few security issues we needed to clear out and finish up, the passwords on the servers have been or in some cases are going to be changed. So be sure to check the server pages for the updated passwords before you go to play. That is all. |

You might all have noticed that Bubu has not been around too much lately. He already retired, kind of, but I hate to say that it really is official now though. Here are some words he wanted to say: Speech time. You might have noticed I haven't been around much lately. There is a reason for that, and here it is. The truth is I've lost all touch with the JK games and my final retirement from the JA is long overdue. There is nothing more I can teach here and it's time I vacated my place for someone better. Basically, it's time for me to move on. The only reason I didn't retire earlier is that I was afraid the academy was kind of heading into recession. I wanted to make sure that didn't happen. Now I know that everything is going to be just fine here so I can go in peace. I've made a lot of good friends during my time here. I won't name any names, you people know who you are. I will never forget you guys, and I will definitely stay in touch. The JA is an awesome place and I feel honored to have been a part of it. Good luck everyone, thank you for an amazing 2 years, and of course, may the force be with you... Bubu LET THE SNOGFEST BEGIN! |

One of our much loved Jedi Trainers, Katan has decided to retire and persue greater things in the abyss that we nerds like to call "RL™". Here's what the gentleman had to say; Hey all, guess my time here is up. RL has gotten in the way, and, its not going to get better (at least not for 4 or 5 months). Sorry I have to leave. Maybe I can come back someday. Maybe. My music career is taking off a bit. I want to really focus on playing the clarinet/piano. I tried doing this, and teaching classes, but I just miss too many classes (usually because things get rescheduled at the same time as my class). I have so many things to say... Thank you {SKX}Darkblade, you are still and always will be my master, and one of my best friends at the academy. Keep in touch. Jacen_Aratan, also one of my best friends at the academy. Keep in touch with you too, you've stuck with me through thick and thin. Motrec, Lackey, and my other padawans: You all make me so proud, I wish I could have done more. So much more. Thanks for sticking with me. Aiden, Arina, Bambi, Angel and other D'kana's : You guys given me a great many laughs, thanks Virtue and the other JAC's: You guys rule. Sorry again, I wont be leaving this place completely, just not teaching classes I could never totally leave this place.Maybe someday I can come back (assuming the council would let me). Maybe GG -Katan We'll miss you Katan, you were one of the greats. Don't be a stranger, and we wish you the best of luck in Real Life. Peace Bro. |

I just wanted to wish a safe 4th of July to everyone at the Academy! Most likely, I will not return to you in less that four or five pieces due to the ridiculious amout of fireworks I will be shooting off tonite. Just be sure to do anything I DON'T do and try to have a safe holidy weekend!  edit://...and a happy belated Canada Day! (Hey, Canadians are people too! ) |

Congratulations to Odan-Wei on sucessfully completing his Knight Trial! Not to mention becoming our first French JAK+! He completely blew us away with the first part, and showed a great attitude during the rest of his trial! Mad props to you man! Que la Force soit avec toi! (May the Force be with you!) |
