For Mike and Menaxia: We are all dreamers, for in this world of turbulent emotions is it not better to dream than to live and learn? Our lives are pleasantly trapped in a snowglobe of wonders. Every now and then the snowglobe must be shaken so that we could be covered in flakes that change our views and routines. By their binding decision, Mike and Menaxia have surely shaken their snowglobe. They have decided to venture further than our dreams extent. What lies ahead is not visible in the snow-covered ground, since the flakes have long ago disposed of any tracks to follow. And that is the magic of their union. They are about to start a journey into uncharted territory, where their hearts follow a path of magic and wonders. We should all be in envy of these two wonderful people. Not only because of their union of heart and soul, but because they are about to begin a journey out of the ordinary. A journey in the wild terrain of love. And by these sappy words I raise a glass to Mike and Menaxia, hoping that their example would allow us to shake our own snowglobes and wait in anticipation of the wonders to come.
