Just a reminder to those that are looking for a master. When your posting you request. Good thing to include in that post are the following: - What style/styles are you interested in learning. - What is your current skill level in that/those style/styles. - What timezone you are in (so you can meet up with your master easiely) - What times (in your timezone) and days are you avalible to get assistance. All these variables in your post will most likely increase your chances of getting the interest of a potential master. I'm looking for a master. I am converted dual saberist that uses single almost exclusively now. Primarily red, but I try to switch it up with some yellow. I'd like to perfect my red and improve my use of yellow (even a little blue if you think it's useful). I feel that I've hit a plateau and really want to continue improving. My timezone is CDT/CST and I'm typically on in the late afternoon and evenings during the week. I am dedicated and won't flake out and stop training! Hi everyone! A have been around the JA for about two or three weeks now. I know my profile says that I have been a member for almost a year, but when I first joined I only had dialup access and was unable to really participate. Now, though, I have access to high speed cable (I love cable!)internet. I have been training with people on the server, like DarthMike, TreeX, and anyone else who was willing to let me tag along! I am also going to be taking a couple classes here soon as well. I have been really enjoying it here and I would like to see if anyone would have me as a padawan.  well, i'm finally back from all my trips and am starting my new job @ the LAN office. i'm still not entirely sure how much time i'll have but i'm looking for a master and am willing to learn any style (single, dual, staff) or stance (blue, yellow, red). i'm looking for improvement in just about everything. i'd like to be fairly proficient in everything...single, dual, and staff and then decide which to master. (high aspirations since it seems that most people only study a couple areas areas, oh well) and it can be an official or unofficial master, i'm not picky. the only times i'd be available though is in the evenings or on weekends. i haven't visited the wireplay servers yet and i don't know what kind of ping i get there. i usually play JA a couple times a week....i've just been busy lately. i guess life has a way of doing that to ya. originally the name was Dai_Katana and now it's back to Dalamar...the name i use most often. email is dfm_dalamar@dafonemen.com i'll check the posts for the next couple days and see if anyone is interested. thxps. oh, and if i can't find a master, is it possible to have a couple classes in the evenings/weekends. i just can't make the others b/c of work stuff. _______________ .....you're just jealous b/c the little voices talk to me..... just so all the nay-sayers know. i've used this forum to make a note of people i see when i'm on. that way i know who's openly looking for advice, they're less prone to get pissed when you offer advice after a duel! anyway, Azrael, O'Liin Vos, and Ian Juandos i've spoken with and i'll be keeping my eye out for BDKawika, DarthMike, and Chaos~ _______________ this is the internet, be serious damn it! |

Well I'm quiet new to the JA and yes I'm looking for a master, but not so much to copy his/her techniques but to use them as a guideline for my own. Jedi Academy isn't my life but it's a hobby so I'm only on in my spare time but if needed I can make it on whenever is needed no questions asked. I'm friendly and down to earth, I am also a high council member of the OP clan so repsect shouldn't be an issue.
