Thats a saber move. This looks like a hard section to write icco, as I'm not sure what exactly will be covered in here.. guess things like rolling, jumping, strafe jumping n stuff... but does e.g. a 180 rdfa (like jumping over someone and when landing turning quick and make a rdfa) belong to the movement section or...? _______________ ~~ Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none! ~~ |

There's a couple dudes out there that want to be "reporters." Can't remember who they were. MoS? Maybe they could help you out with finding info by "interviewing" people on the servers. IF YA GUYS DO THAT, MAKE SURE YOU NOTE WHO GAVE YOU THE INFORMATION! I want people to get credit where credit is due. If you can GET strategy stuff from people tho, I wouldn't necessarily leave it out. But this thing will only be v1.0, and we'll upgrade prolly pretty soon afterwards. Hopefully we'll get a lotta comments for addition and improvement. Just list basic moves and keystrokes necessary for each, then ask around and have the reporters roam to get additional information. "Get it? Got it? Good." (Let's see if anyone remembers where THAT line comes from. BBilly might pick up on it...it's pretty old.) -rh _______________ Back from the dead... ::shruggs:: maybe. depends on the workload, you know with RL and all. I'd love to take it on, actually. I'm just not sure what you would want me to do. Hit me back asap. Also, what I was saying was using the basics effectively, not just being able to do it. Like, when should I roll? or, when is it most benifitial to wall walk or stuff? That kind of jump actually gives you a smidgen more height, although most people wouldn't notcie this. I dunno what you call it though, I guess we could make up a name, like floating, or gliding, or just arms spread jump. Yeah...that will be covered SOMEWHERE. Either in Saber section, Movement, Guns, or a Game Mode.
I dunno what the official name is for that move. I also think there should be a section on using basic stuff effectively in battle, like strafing, rolling, flipping, and how to employ them in battle extensively. I could just be repeating stuff that you guys already have down, if I am, please say so. Also, what's the name for jumping w/o flipping, with your arms all spread out? I was going to say that, each saber swing while you're in that position is unique, especially when you're coming down. _______________ memento mori |
