Hi mate, from somebody nowhere near tough enough to really join the forces, to someone who is!  The Thompson was used by all Commando units during WWII, until the British govt. tried to make their own version, the STEN. That was dire, and any soldier who got the chance to swap back to the Thompson took it. Maybe it's just me.. but.. Are those black things next to his head his arms? Or sleaves, like yeah. Or are those his ears? I think those are his sleaves tho, but I just wanted to say: If you look closely, you can make ears outta it!
