Though not much of a hockey fan, I do catch a few games here and there.. I liked the Canucks a lot better back in the old days.. Like in '94 when Pavel Bure was our star player and we managed to lose the Stanley Cup.. so we rioted!  |

ill tell you this. Of course I was right, Ottawa heard my threats and were scared. Im an ottawa fan, even though i dont like hockey. Ottawa is my hometown, so i have to like them. This is what i thought though; i would have prefered it if the Leafs beat Philly, probably because Philly had a chanse of beating Ottawa. If they did, then a team from my homeprovince (state) would have a chanse in the next round. BAsically this. I dont like the leafs, but, i like the leafs more than any amercain team (well, maybe the penguins... is Felix still playing?) Well, in the group phase we're meeting you, Russia and Switzerland, so I wouldn't worry about meeting Canada, Sweden or something like that.... I don't see very much hockey in the tv (nor in stadiums) primarily since it isn't a very big sport here in Denmark. The only reason I know something about hockey is because I've got NHL 2001. And playing it..... well, that could be fun but there is two reasons why I don't do it: 1: The skating places are all too far away for lazy me, and more importantly, 2: I can't skate...... |
