Well gif is picture file.. and then there is different kind of animation programs.... What are chaining the pics together and It shows them as one animation in one pic...
Example this: clickeh! There are several ways to chain those pics and there are some free programs in the internet, what can do it... Google, Gif Animation Tools and Go and Figure out!

I used Photoshop to composite that shot.
It's nothing especially out of the ordinary, actually - it's in fact a very simple pose. Basically, all I did was enable cheats to be able to rotate the camera around my player model, then I just did a red stance right swing and took the screenshot just before the swing ended. Hmm how I made this pic... Well firstly... the base pic has screenshoted in bunker of The Academy V3 map... What method I used or actually we could ask, what console commands I used... /cg_thirdpersoncameradamp and /screenshot Quote: You put in the console /cg_thirdpersoncameradamp 0. The camera will freeze where it is. Then just wander around the space until you find a good spot and take a screenshot (to bind screenshots put /bind <key> screenshot otherwise you'll take a nice shiny picture of your console)
If you want to get back to normal camera type in /cg_thirdpersoncameradamp 0.3 Then screenshoted myself in the bunker, running on the wall with saber... *snaps* The End is all about photoimpression...etc Oh yeah btw here is two logos what you have asked from me? JA logo Senatu's Logo Sorry, I totally forgot about....
