Are you new to the Jedi Academy and struggling to find your way around the map? Are you wondering
how the console works, what classes are or what a Jedi Knight is? Then this class is what you are looking for. You will learn about the Jedi Academy, some game basics and meet some of your peers. In this class both Laziana and me will join forces to help you start your training. We will answer any questions about the Jedi Academy to the best of our abilities. We will also explain some of the core basics of the game to you and if there is time, there will be room for a game at the end. Remember, this class will not go in depth about lightsaber techniques or force powers. Its intention is to help you start your training and become familiar with the game as well as the Jedi Academy. Finally, please make sure you join the server on time. You can be late for ten minutes, but after that, we will ask you to spectate for the remainder of the lesson. This class is no longer in session. |

Well, the class will normally be held at EU Classes, but it won't be held tomorrow. I'm facing an exam period the coming weeks and need to study for a (big) upcoming test.

Tonight, this class had enrollees of whom none showed up. I have seen this happen more the past few weeks and it needs addressing. Hence the following request. This request is not aimed at anyone specifically; it is a general statement/request.
Please remember that if you enroll, I will prepare a class for you which takes me about two hours to do. I will also show up on time at the proper server. If nobody shows up despite having enrolled, you have wasted two hours of my time. Therefore, in general, either enroll and show up and if you can't make it to class then unenroll. I understand that something may come up so you are unable to unenroll. No problem, that happens at times. But if possible then kindly remove yourself from the class roster. Greetings everyone. As you may be aware, Solitude has provided us with a number of servers. One of those is the classes server at which this class will be taking place.
Here are two methods for finding the proper server: 1. Check the indicated server in the class description behind 'server'; 2. Check the server page and look up the 'Euro Classes' server. Fortunately, there are servers available again. Although the EU servers are currently down, they should be back up soon. Please check this news post for more details.
As long as the JA servers are down, this class will be held on Jenny's Server or Solitude's Server. Currently, Jenny's Server is still offline, but may be back at any time. We'll safe you a seat just in case Also, for all enrollees, the class will very likely be held at Jenny's Server. The server details are in this thread. The regular server is in use by the JAA for matches as their server is offline currently. It is good to hear you are both looking forward to attending. The class time is shown in GMT 0 by default. However, if you are logged in the class time will change to match the time in your timezone. You will need to select the timezone you are living in first, though. Simply go to ´Personal´ -> ´Edit Profile´; you will find means to change your profile's timezone there.
