Hoi, Laz,
the store I bought it from is currently working on it. I called them last Saturday to see how they're doing. It turns out they nudged the wrong department of their company first, causing further delay. But all should be well within a few days or so. Patience is a virtue! Yeah, I agree that there should probably be much less trouble surrouding keycodes these days. I had the same problem with Mass Effect and a score of games in the past... but maybe I'm just a keycode-trouble magnet

I don't see how you guys get so high up... Every time I get on the server with my main character (Smuggler) I lag so damn much it takes me a half hour just to get from the Ord Mantell transport to the Coruscant transport, yet alone doing any missions...
