Just a reminder that Daylight Savings Time begins this coming Saturday night in the US. Its starting earlier than normal this year so watch you computer's clock to make sure it has the right time. Older computers might not update on their own this early.
I am not sure when DST begins in other countries but usually they tend to be different so just keep an eye on your time. Feel free to use this thread to post a comment to make sure you have your proper time on the website for where you are. Staff members, for your classes make sure that the time is when you want it to be. I would also recommend putting a comment in your class so people are certain that their time is right. For instance, if your class begins at 4:00, leave a comment in there for instance at 2:00 with the text "My class begins 2 hours from the time I posted on the proper day." Have a JAC perm it and hopefully all this will cut down on previous issues we've had of mixed up times. |

USA starts this weekend, a month earlier than usual. But here in Madison, Wisconsin, the city council has seen fit to make sure that we won't lose an hour of drinking time. In the United Kingdom, Daylight Savings starts on Sunday 25th March at 1am GMT and ends on Sunday 28th October at 2am BST. |

I am unsure as to whether or not it is a worldwide change (the earlier daylight savings) seeing as it was a US Department/Committee that decided to make it earlier. This MIGHT cause some conflicts with regards to class time here but yea, definatly a big thing for the US folks to pay attention to. Please enlighten me you european folks! I haven't had the time to find out something so miniscule  _______________
