We've been sitting on this for a while and it kind of got lost in the shuffle, but our dear friend NofrikinfuN has been swallowed by the beast of RL and has retired from the Academy. Here's what he had to say: "That's right folks... I'm afraid it's time. I only have 2 months maximum left in an area with >28k connections, and will probably be very busy in the next couple months. I apologize for my recent inactivity, and honestly meant to make this announcement much sooner. I don't think I will be able to return as a Trainer, or even as one who plays at the Academy, but I do hope to stay in touch. Long live the Academy, and may the force be with you all." I speak for everyone at the Academy in wishing NFF a bon voyage and the best of luck out there in the scary real world. He of course has been given his rightful place in the Academy's Hall of Fame.
