Loaf (who's working on the ep1 TC) has some news for ya'll:
Tiletron of The Phantom Menace Total Conversion has released 4 renders of the fantastic looking Droideka model which is currently untextured. This can be viewed over at Loaf's Forums. If you are a very skilled texturer (i mean top notch), then could you add loaf@usa.com to your MSN messenger contacts and mention that you wish to help texture the Droideka. They are no match for Droidekas... If you havent seen the Droideka model they made you should really check it out. It's simply amazing. If you are good with textures go help him out.  |

Heh...
Salty DJ, (and my wonderful Padawan, Bubu)... The only way Knights will spawn Droidekas at the Academy is if Knights can also spawn a high-end graphics card in your computer. Just think of the lag this might cause. Yeah, lots of nifty stuff is out there, but not everyone can have the "I AM GOD" graphics card. hehe how cool would it be if someone let's say is killing someone else and not stopping. a person with admin powers, could type in something like "/deploy Droidekas" and rolling in would come two of these beauties, circle around the offender, stop, deploy weapons and aim them at him. silence. the JAT/JAK steps up. "This is for being a jackass! CHARGE!" and 3 seconds later the offender is rushed out of the place in an ambulance...

I was thinking about if u could add some AI to it and have a couple of these wandering around the academy map looking for jedi, something to make the server a bit more interesting.... Or maybe JAK's and above could set them on people
