Something strange happen when I install my jedi outcast game. A .pk3 file said that it won't copy to the hard drive when it is installing. I think the .pk3 file is to play the single player levels. How do I fix this?

maybe try if it does work on your friends pc or anything... if not get a new one in your store, if it does then you might wanna install it there and write the file on a cd and copy it to your own pc... :)

You can try the following:
Go to the CD
and find the PK3 file that won't install, and copy it from the cd to your HD
That might work

lol, I have the real game. There is no way I'm going to download a fake jedi outcast game in Kazaa, you want the real game!=D . It's really strange that the damn .pk3 file won't install onto my computer. I have JA on my PC but I do want my JO installed back to my PC also. =/

Indeed, I think this problem occur with fake games

Okay, to be honest, I used to own one, but I bought the real game just for JA :)

Let me guess, you downloaded the one from kazaa, 255 mb?
or the one of 233 mb?
Those are ones that don't work!!!
They have corrupted pk3 files

No, I'm not going to say which one you do have to download
Just buy the original game
You'll see that works so much better :)

if you have an illegal copy (shame on you if you have) it could be that something went wrong during the copying proces (had the same problem) and since the Pk3 files are important because they are used for single player. they are vital to the installation process and the game itself. I suggest, buy the game or recopy it
