A .roq is a special format of media that the Q3 Engine can read. Anyone ever play JK2 Single Player and you know the cinematic where the doomgiver is annihilated? thats a .roq file.
To view a .roq open up the console and type cinematic ROQFILE Anyways, wanna know how to make a .roq? Well first grab JK2 Tools Version 2 from Jediknightii.net. A .roq file is made up of screenshots at 512x512 resolution or 256x256. I Think the .roq compiler compiles at 30/32 fps. With the JK2 Tools v2 there should be the .roq compiler and .roq info/readme. there you will find info on how to make .roqs. _______________ RIP Vlad |
