i need a master desparately as i can only kill people using katas. Masters of The Jedi Academy, Greetings! I have recently joined The Jedi Academy and am looking for a skillfull master to teach me intermediate and advanced techniques in dueling and perhaps some FFA and force useage. As a player, I am friendly and respectful of others. I am very open to new concepts and ideas while being determined to seriously study and practice whatever I am taught. That being said, I am an excellent apprentice willing to learn anything and everything I can to be the best that I can be. That is my goal, and I am positive that I can come closer to reaching that goal with your help. As a duelist, I consider my dueling skill with single saber to be intermediate to advanced. However, I believe that, just as Yoda said, "Much to learn, you still have." However, I am also a quick learner. Thus, I am looking for a master that can teach me intermediate and advanced single saber techniques, with the possibility of also teaching me beginer to advanced techniques in either duel or double saber. Good day masters of The Jedi Academy, Thank you for my acceptance to the Academy. I’m currently seeking a master. I’ve been playing for about a year now, and feel I have the basic moves down as well as the DFAs. I’m looking to better my skills in duel, FFA, and TFFA with a single saber. Better knowledge of the force light and dark, as well as saber combos in each of the single saber stances. I do have skill, I’m a quick study, and I’ll work hard and make you proud to say that is my Paddy It’s better to contact me via email so we can discuss training more in detail as well as server IPs, Passwords to servers, and taking classes. I am very new to JA, but since I leave for OSUT at Fort Benning the 22nd, it would be a waste for me to have an official "master". However, I would very much appreciate someone to show me some tricks and advise me, perhaps in a 1on1 environment. If anyone can spare some time, I am in the IRC channel as "Gooch". Hello, I need a master. Im not absolutely beginner, but there is a lot of skill I still miss. Please teach me the way of force and saber duelling. Im mostly interested in a Master who is mastering the single saver fast style lunge method perfect execution and the strong style ,,start swing->jump to enemy->finish swing+hit,, method and willing to teach them to me. Ehe actually i check this thread quite often, these posts i find can tell you alot about an individual. I must admit i do prefer reading the ones who have put a little effort into explaining who they are and why exactly they want a master. No, Roan.I dont think any JAM is looking at this whilst considering to take one of these guys as a padawan.Nevertheless, i think this thread is one of the greatest ideas the JA ever had. Not only does it spare the rest of the forums from master-requests, but it also sorts the newcomers out even before they get to know anyone in here.Its a bit dissapointing to have requested a master and never have gotten an answer, even if the guy requesting understands that there is only a slight chance of getting a master. Still, the newcomers have to realize that they should put more effort to this then just posting a request on the forums and hoping that a master takes care of them.Most of the guys who have posted here and never got an answer, stopped beeing active or/and got angry because of it.This says a lot about a person imo. _______________ Find out more about the Jedi Academy Aurochs here and more about Masta here! I need a master. I suck at saber, and want to learn so I don't get regularly slaughtered on the server. I'm on around 7-9 pm eastern coast time, depends on week, this week 7-9 PM, next 2-3 PM. I'm usually on for about half hour at a time. I can be contacted by email (I check almost every day), or on the servers whne I'm there. I use staff, and dark force. I am looking for a master as well. I am a little rusty, and my moves that I had previously learned when the game first game out, are a little out dated  So If anyone can train me for the standard saber, I would appreciate it, and I would be a good padawan, I am willing to learn if you are willing to teach.
