Here is a short video that we shot in school.
Ignore my weird snarl and teeth. 
(I tried to look mad but I'm a nice guy.) A few info on it: - It was required to make a 1 minute long video (editing, effects and such) for a test, and this is what my friend did. - We used the morning newspaper as weapons, which was later edited into the hilts that you see. 
- It is my first time acting, that's why I kinda suck at it. But it was a fun experience none the less. - We had to shoot the whole stuff on the first run, and in a hurry as the battery was low.

Thanks for the comments, I appreciate the tips. Let me point out a few things.
- I was actually considering the showcase forum, but as I saw other fan films here, I went with this one. - The video had to be exactly 1:00, which did not left us many options. Thus the lack of a real plot. - It also had to contain editing techniques, since that's what we learn. The material matters not (You could go ahead and edit the news if you like). - We only had one handycam, this is all we could do about angles. - That last effect was there only to show off, it has no connection to Star Wars. Just like a school's hall has none.

lol kinda nice tho i think this belongs to a showcase forum.
for fights id suggest some slow swings from either side, maybe some struggle etc then accompanied by fast clashes. also more camera angles, maybe zooms. these things would make fight less repetitive and stuff. good effort on effects. the last one was weird tho. especially for a dark jedi. dark jedi looks like quigon. _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february.
