Story here _______________ Come on now, every Generation X boy wanted to be Luke Skywalker. Is it because he was a whiney farm boy from some backwater hack planet? No, it's because he was a FREAKING JEDI. He could block lasers with his lightsaber. He could levitate droids & rocks & crap with his mind. Come on, he choked two pig dudes with just a simple gesture. He cut off Darth Vader's hand and kicked him down a flight of stairs. He got his @$$ zapped by lightning from the geezer Emperor, stood up and said "s'at all you got b!tc#??" The first one was okay but not nearly as good as it should have been.
Too many first-person shooters are modeled after Quake, and the first two SWBF games were no exception. The first thing the developers need to understand is that combat in a Star Wars game should be like combat in Star Wars. _______________ My signature is only one line. You're welcome. |

Not sure where they are going with this. The Battlefront series is obviously based on the Battlefield games and they generally work a whole lot better on the PC. Still as this is now Free Radical developing the game, perhaps it will be taken in a new direction.

it might be possible if someone made an emulator for Wii, one of my friends has linked his pc to a Wiimote via bluetooth, so you can tilt the wiimote up and the cursor goes up, also i have an emulator for the nintendo 64 on my laptop, so you can play nintendo games on your computer.
a playstation 3 emulator would be awesome but it would probably kill your computer, i could be too much for it, might work though. _______________ Peace is a lie, there is only passion. You don't have to do anything special to your PC in order to play pirated games (aside from a few easy to find softwares). I believe that would be a considerable factor in whether or not to develop a PC port to a game. Compare it to the rather invasive approaches to modding an Xbox; although I do remember there being a less risky external HD alternative to that. _______________ "Deos fortioribus adesse." |

nah, games use exactly the same models, textures and scrips no matter what platform its on, all they have to do to change a game over for pc, ps3, xbox or wii, is change how the game application starts, so it is really no more difficult to make a pc version as it is a ps version. it would probably be easier to make one for pc. _______________ Peace is a lie, there is only passion. This is also adding to my theory that Lucasarts hates PC gamers, there is no word as yet of a PC version for this although it's early days yet. If memory serves, the last PC release was one of the Star Wars Lego game, there ok for kids but not for us serious PC gamers. Before that was "Star Wars the best of PC" with games that most of us already have.
