Ok, first off, a few things that are going on right now: - We are in the process of recruiting more DJs. - An "on-air" notifier type thing is being worked on and will hopefully be worked into the site with DJ_Sith's blessings. - A formal schedule is being worked on and will be released once we have more DJs and everything is worked out. - A temporary and tentative schedule of shows is up here. Now, since we are trying to make this a "by the students, for the students" kind of thing, we need your help. Tell us what you would want to see from us. What would be cool to have? What are we doing wrong? Any suggestions/comments/remarks are welcome. More specifically, tell us what you would like to hear on JA-radio, when you would like to hear it, and how often. In addition, any ideas you may have that may help us in any way. Anything really. Open discussion. No ideas are too dumb or too complicated. Let's hear it. _______________ make install -not war |

i listen to ja radio quite a bit and while it does repeat it's not as if its being played 3 times in a row every radio station must have repeats and so far i believe you guys are doing an excelent job. _______________ Mapper a la strange. I think it's moving in that direction. Virue is adding DJs that have other tastes in music to help diversify the radio. And some of us are doing special format shows like comedy and such. As for telephone pranks, we'll have to think of some way to apply it to the JA. I don't think me just calling up random folks around here is gonna fly . |

omg hmmm to say something more... i think djs after 3 or 4 songs should say something like... if you turned radio on only now im aaaaa and you are listening to ja radio. (or something like that). aaaaa - djs name. ofcourse depends on djs style but still i think telling everyone whos is dj at that moment more often would be useful  _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february. That was because Virtue was broadcasting his conversation on Skype. It was being fed through his speakers back into his microphone. Very amateurish and improvised. 1.i want soul jazz and electronic (NO! not the house, techno ! mix of them and many other electronic styles = best of electronic... ofcourse if you know what i mean...). 2.radio volume. sometimes volume is just too high :/ i remember when there was chat with virtue, roan , mo and *cough* granny ... all of speakers had different volume... roan speakin silently (volume up) and ROAR virtue is speaking load and clear (volume down). i just hope someone can understand my messy sentences... _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february.
