This will be a slot to go over Advanced Staffing. My former class, "Mindful of the Force and Surroundings" was cancelled due to the time slot it was in, and to commit to that slot took a lot out of me. This slot will be used for that if noone is seeking lessons in Advanced Staffing. *Note* Advanced Staffing is at an unusual time during the week, thus the second chance at it. Keep in mind, you HAVE to have met the prereq's listed to be in the Advanced class. No "Ands" "Ifs" or "Buts" about it. This class is no longer in session. |

March 18th had the second group of grads of the Beginning Class catch up with the original crew. Lesson 3 was taught and practiced. Tigerclaw, Malak, Piccolo, and Zeratul were the group of Students to practice. Everyone did great and we're progressing along just fine. I know Lonewolf received the lessons off hours. Alright for the week of the 11th of March, we had a nice hodge podge of people attending. Lonewolf & Jazon were 2nd session graduates working on Lesson 2 of Advanced and Malak from the 1st session graduates was perfecting and practicing Lesson 3 a bit more. Mal, there are some notes in the original Support thread to check out, but nicely done for this past Saturday! As for LW and Jazon, here are the list of moves to practice. I cut and paste from below so they are right here for the taking, good luck! Advanced Combos: Staffer is holding attack down as he executes these, remember you press with the direction to start off the combo, keep attack pressed, and just let the movement keys flow you to the next step. *Keep In Mind, These Can Be Started From Any Direction, So Long As You Follow It's Next Opposite. I List One Way Of Doing It, But You Are Free To Start It Any Way You See Fit* Infinity Loop: UpRight, UpLeft, DownRight, DownLeft, UpRight, etc, etc... Staffer basically makes an Figure 8/Infinity symbol out of his swings. Six Point Star: UpRight, Left, DownRight, DownLeft, Right, UpLeft, UpRight, etc, etc... Six swings to hit six points, this combo combines the halves of all 3 basic combos then strings it together with the other 3 swings, respectively. Preanimated Movements: 4-Stringers (2 Preanimated Movements Combined Together) BA = Basic Attack, [] = Preanimated Movement [BA, Right],[DownLeft, Upleft] [BA, Right],[Left, Upleft] [Up, Right],[DownLeft, Upleft] [Up, Right],[Left, Upleft] [UpRight, Right],[DownLeft, Upleft] [UpRight, Right],[Left, Upleft] [Down, Right],[DownLeft, Upleft] [Down, Right],[Left, Upleft] For those above, the first Preanimated Movement has the same animation, but can be executed a number of ways. Link it with either of the two "Left" Preanimated Movements to string the 4 swings together. [DownRight, Right],[DownLeft, Upleft] [DownRight, Right],[Left, Upleft] The other "Right" Preanimated Movement strung together with either of the 2 Left Preanimated Movements. [DownLeft, UpLeft][DownRight, Right] [DownLeft, UpLeft][UpRight, Right] [Left, UpLeft][DownRight, Right] [Left, UpLeft][UpRight, Right] Those 4 above are the variations if you were to start with the Left Preanimated Movements and string them with a Right Preanimated Movement. Once you have those mastered, you can try the following 8 String Preanimated Movement Combo. This is just for fun...remember that...
