Welcome to the Academy! Or should I say, welcome to the list of deceit…
Hello readers. Kain here, blowing the lid on the most notorious of JA scheming, recently probed and eventually confirmed by some of the Academy’s finest minds. No need to rub those tired eyes or double-check your beverage, this hot scoop is the real deal, you are not seeing things. So where to begin? At the start of events that led to this discovery, of course. At approximately 7:27pm, May 14th, a pondering Masta decided to share his thoughts on the curious lack of activity of all the new members that the Academy receives;

“I still believe that the vast majority of our supposedly new members are created by specifically designed JA bots which were coded solely for the purpose of randomly generating names/infos and signing them up for the site, so as to make the JA look active and desirable.

It's somekinda plot, i swear.”

Ohoho Masta, you joker you.

… or was he joking? Take a look at some of our apparently new members that we have received over the past year or two. They sign up, then never post, nor are they seen on server or irc. How can this be? Perhaps they change their mind about things. Perhaps they lose interest completely. Perhaps they forget they signed up in the first place, or maybe they just don’t have time for jk3 after signing up. Alas, my friends, I discovered the awful truth of this puzzle, which I shall explain with a high quality art doodle drawn by yours truly, to express the events of discovery in a way that words on their own can only dream of doing.

Indeed. As you can clearly see in this uncannily realistic representation of events, it was myself and Masta whom caught solitude and Virtue red handed, confirming Masta’s theory outlined above. Despite our shock and outrage, it was due to circumstances arising from the situation that we agreed to keep things quiet, but now that the theory is under heavier scrutiny, I feel personally obliged to dispel the slightest shadow of doubt on this situation, and give you all this opportunity to read the truth.

So there you have it, a first hand account of the situation. I trust that you, reader, can now rest easy with the mystery of the inactive new signups of thejediacademy.net solved, and that finally the manipulative masterplan of solitude and Virtue will never again be able to deceive us all effectively as it has up to this point.
