IM happy to have joined this forums, i have a question to ask you all, how can i disable ALL HUD and GUI's such as health bar, so when im in game (even spectating) im only looking at a controllable TV screen pretty much. Its for a Music Vid im making for me and my clan.....AND FOR YOU ALL ASWELL! woo! |

The best way to make videos, as far as I know, is to take a demo of the actual game, and then make videos out of the demo later, using cg_draw2d 0 etc etc. That way you can make as many passes as you need to to get different angles and other such cameraman stuff.  Avalon was an excellent example of what I'm talking about. Anyone still have the link to that? _______________ Saving the world, one kilobyte at a time. |

/cg_draw2d is a clientside command which hides all hudfiles, chat and anything else you may see appear on your screen, excluding the echoes at the top, left-hand corner. To search for client commands, type the following into the console: /cg_ /cl_ Each of these will list all existing commands under CL and CG. |
