Solitude! I request the protocol guidelines for creating articles. Who must I send an article to for approval? What is allowed and not allowed (besides the obvious tainted language and whatnot)?
Furthermore, If I wish to make additions/changes to the holo what is the protocol for that? Lastly, I wish to increase the amount of information in the archives regarding members of the academy. I have concluded that doobie would be a good place to start! I have a suggestion for one of your servers. Do you think you could put JAE 1.02 on the Euro Fun server? Some of us miss JAE due to the fun features it had (emotes etc, multi duels). And as it is a fun server, where's the harm? |

Sorry, I've got some more problems...
When I do that ipconfig thing, the "console" guickly gets some text on it, then disappears :S Any idea how to make it stay? I'm sorry but that didn't really answer any of my questions.  I already knew that stuff. Is the server's ip for sure the one I see on whatismyipaddress.com? And the port 29070? How can I be 100% sure of that? Do I need to adjust anything other than open and forward the port?

Yeah, with Windows(XP), and I have the winjampded too. I'll try with that port open. By the way is it supposed to be TCP or UDP or both?
E: I forwarded and opened port 29070 both UDP/TCP and it's not working. I'm using xfire as a server browser and it couldn't recognize a server with that ip, neither could I join in it with JAMP. Any other modifications that need to be done? E2: Oh, and where can I see if the port is actually the default 29070? _______________ Happiness is the ability to say "So what?" Is it possible to host a public server from a home PC? I was thinking of hosting one and playing on it with a friend. I'm supposed to use JampDed right? Should I open any ports or anything?
