/devmap <inert name of level> to get started, and once your into the level do: /sv_cheats 1 to enable cheats then use any of these: /god (god mode) /give all (give all weapons and items) /undying (you cannot die even by falling off a cliff) /noclip (walk through walls and defy gravity) /set forceall 5 (give all forcepowers at maximum strength, you can use 1,2, or 3 to set it like the number of stars in multiplayer) There are others if you search google.com or something. _______________ I must not fear . Starwarsspoof is a great site. I'll add it in. I limit the size of the profile pictures because I want the dialup users we have to get a pleasant experience when viewing our site. The site also generates thumbnail images on the fly on the comments pages, and I'd like to try to keep all that processing down to a minimum. I've been using imageready, photoshop's "save for web" option, and GIMP to save my images. It's VERY possible to get a non cruddy looking jpeg well under 15k and 250x250 pixels. GeForce FX 5200 would be fine too. You know it is just a matter of preference of which card you would like. They both will do a great job. Hi mate. On becoming a knight: First of all; you need to get noticed (in a positive matter) Then people will recommend you, and someone will toggle you as knight eligable. Then you will see a "trials" button in the site menu. If this appears, then you can take the written test. If you pass the test, you will then need 3 nominations from the JAK/JAT/JAC's. Should you get three noms, you can then take the server trial, which tests your abilities in different aspects of the game. If you pass that one as well, you can then consider yourself a knight. The best graphics card? Hmm, haven't really read much about the newest cards, but I use a Gforce 4 Ti 4200 128 MB and that does the job quite well. You can prolly get a better card at a reasonable price, though. My pic? Nice pic, Chris ok to be a padawan you must find a master that is compatible with you and your attitude, life and what not. Best way to do this is get on irc and talk to peeps or get on servers and talk to them duel them get into their heads. of course, you could be an unofficial padawan of someone which would be the same, just not be a knight. However, with how many knights there are now you should be able to find someone taking pads and compatible. YOU MUST NOT GO TO EVERY JAT JAK asking to be padawan, I repeat you must not do this. Just talk and mingle and find some that you like and ask them that should work. As far as becoming a knight/trainer you need to be voted in by the JAK's or JAT's. They look for people who can teach and are knowledgable and always willing to help. It will take a long time to make it but it is still doable. So you are a gray user switching from pc to mac on regular basis hey. Me too, but I love my mac more than any pc that is for sure. Good to hear from you and thanks for the comment about the baby. OK well what you need to do for the mod is place the mod folder (jamod13se folder) in the jedi knight II folder then copy everything in the mod folder (jamod13se folder) into the same jedi knight II folder. (note this is actually not necesary for the jamod but it is for other ones.) That is it you should start up and go to setup mods and viola you will see it there. Now for logging on to the server you need to make sure you have the ip address and password from the site, then you select favorites then new favorite and you need to type the right ip then click done. from there make sure everything at the top reads as this: source:favorites view empty:yes view full:yes game:all type:all Once that is done now hit refresh and it should pop up. If you get just ip numbers it isn't up it should say something like [ja] training/classes or academy home or wireplay uk or [nl] for the euros. Now you need to hit password and type it in remember it is case sensitive so be very careful. Also check to make sure password was not changed. Don't forget you need the jedi academy v4 map or whatever is on the server at the time. You need to have that in you base folder and you will fly right in. OK long post but that should get you in and playing and I hope to see you there.
