Hey man, I am in kind of a rough spot. Basically, i dont feel like a am improving or learning a whole lot. I know a ton of practice is involved, and that i have made huge bounds sense my joining, but i look at you and how good you are, then i look at me, and i see a huge gap. I hope i dont come across as rude, because you are one of the greats, i just really want to learn, and learn to do it right. If there is something i need to change, tell me what to do, i want you to command me and what i need to do differently, i wont be offended.
