Mikel, the table of Red Combos we put together was posted into the holocron. Check it out. I thought they would make it into a real HTML table, but they just posted it as is. If you have time, the next thing I'd like to work on is hopping (jumping without force) combos and DFA combos. As far as I can remember at this moment without going through testing is that all combos can be done while hopping. The only difference that I'm aware of is that hopping right at the beginning of a spin interrupts the spin and you get an airborne backward right or backward left swing. As far as DFA, I think that any 2 or 3 swing combo that ends with a direct forward swing has the DFA. I need to test these things this week. Hey, LOL actually when i left that message i was just headin to bed. I have a hard time sleeping at night. I am very glad that you will be around and keep the blade ready. I just want you to know something though, it isn't about winning or losing, it is about the journey the discovery the fun the people that has kept you here. Remember, this is for fun and you don't need to win to have fun, heck I lose all the time and I always have a blast. Sheesh you know everybody complains about how weird the sabers are in this game and compare it to jk2 but its not jk2 it is something completely different and its fun just the same. You know this all already I don't need to tell you that, sorry. Well, you may never hang it up or leave my friend, got that? Never! A little clarification here, I am not hanging up my dual sabers NO WAY! I am merely expanding my knowledge base so I know what to expect when playing single sabers and staffers alike. If I know what or how the saber works I am that much closer to understanding my enemy. Rider, If I ever hear you talk about leaving I am personally coming to your house and making you stay, got it, you must not leave. What is this silly talk about, sorry for eavesdropping but you have me really concerned. You are extremely awesome and I could not bear to have you not here. Besides you is going to help the deer, because I need lots of it. So yeah you have to stay to benefit both of us. Not a very convincing case I know but its all I have, give me a break its like 130 in the morning. Yes, I made it to work in time with 10 minutes to spare woohoo, thanks so much for that. I sure would like to see what you have for a profile pic, I am quite interested. I have been practicing my single saber and using red like you, well more like a cheap imitation, heck not even that it stinks. I figure when your this low the only way to go is up, right? I wish I could see ya tomorrow we will see. I have a plasma so that takes up most of my free time and the rest I spend with my family. I asked for half the night of off work on friday, hopefully i will get it, but that wouldn't be till like 10 your time when I finally get around to playing. I'm sorry Mikel, same thing is happening to me before I quit. I don't understand what it is but I'm losing my patience. I think its all this yellow f**king crap all the time. I've been doing yellow all week and I see I lost my timing on red... back to square one on that. At least when my red timing is on, I may not be able to win any duels against scissors crazy yellow guys, but I do well against most others. I think everyone has a goal... beat red. I feel like a deer with a big red X on my head sometimes. Some people just don't succumb to its awesome power. Yellow gives me a headache, but I have been practicing with it. The dang yellow scissors move is really hard to overcome in some peeps. I think that's why I left for 3 months, I was unhappy with them making yellow so damn good with that patch. I try to switch back and forth now to throw off the timing of my opponent since so many just circle you, wait for the moment to get the opening, and blam. Its frustrating, but red is slow, so they keep doing it. These are the people who don't attack until attacked. Gets old sometimes. _______________ Gone but hopefully not forgotten... |

Did you know you that the blue Darth Maul skin looks like a kid running around in his jammies? j/k Damn Mikel, your single saber just kicks booty. I used to really like the staff, but I went single cause of Red and never went back. I hate staff vs. staff too, but sometimes its the only thing that works against the people who head shot you with the staff all the time, not mentioning any names, sFire lol. I used to argue the staff was better than single in the right hands. Once you got the head shot flaw down pat, its a real bore though, cause you'll always win against single. _______________ Gone but hopefully not forgotten... |
