Yeah, it is similiar to the taoist form, since the taoist form is based on the yang one. They do differ fairly well from each other in the execution of a few particular moves though.
The weapon forms are amazing, especially the wudang sword form, which i would like to learn at some point too. Unfortunately that might not be in the near future, due to my current financial situation. The aesthetic value of tai chi can hardly be disputed, but i see it only as a side-effect. The external movements are but a mere reflection of the inner workings, and in order to being able to fully appreciate tai chi, the hidden beauty of it has to be considered as well - yet, since that cannot be directly communicated nor observed, it has to be experienced. _______________ Find out more about the Jedi Academy Aurochs here and more about Masta here!
