For a challenger, your requirements of the challenge are indeed steep - yet I find myself inclined to agree with your sense of fair in this situaiton. Martial is the standard, on terms agreed by the two parties and ultimately the reigning sovereign. The result must be objective, therefore the arts are not very appropriate for this method of conflict resolution. About everything and nothing... Being more specific, We generally debating about the nature of conversation... 
I'm debating that "debate" can be very spontaneus thing... You are debating that "debate" follows certain rules and formalities... And while looking both sides facts, what we have just been proved, uhm... When I'm webbing all these things together, I can say bull**** without feeling shame or feeling that I'm offending somebody

Separation of powers is done on the basis of loyalty and battle prowess - for why should I let the unworthy govern my affairs and land? Loyalty and obedience to the crown is paramount!
And we tend to let those whom displease us battle to the death for sport, where upon the victor's life is weighed by the crowd, akin to the Colosseum of historical legend and awe. It has been said that the greatest invention of human society is the communication skills ?
Well yeah I don't know really where to start
But my statement was basically that "you can debate as anyway you want, if the other doesn't understand, it is his/her problem" Selfish ? Well I don't know, I go through a lot of conversations with the people, who doesn't know how to write or count and they are having a lot difficulties to expressing their feelings. Yes, sometimes those conversations turn out to be dangerous, not lethal, but dangerous as I'm near to get my arse kicked. With neutral tone discuss for sure I would have gotten my arse kicked. I don't understand how people are seeing that healthy debate is an important concept while over 5 billion can't do it right way _______________ Still here | My Lightsaber |

So it would appear that Pink has yet to get back to us. Although there are still a few hours before we should get this thing started with him, I'm going to say we postpone it to another time. Unfortunately, I found out my relatives from a couple hundred miles away are coming over to spend the night.
