I would rather not get into it at the moment, but basically, for several years, I've often had terrible sleep patterns, tiredness, random pains that feel so painful I can't even use that part of my body. Recently, it got a lot worse - I had some really terrible symptoms that I was unsure whether was just me, an illness or an allergy. The allergy began to give me symptoms so bad that I fell asleep shortly after and my entire body felt like it didn't want to function at all. After about a week or so, I got sick of that and went and looked at the ingrediants of all of the foods I had eaten over the past 24 hours. The ones which give me allergic reactions all had something in common - they all had wheat flour in. I went straight onto a gluten-free diet and I've been okay ever since.
