This thread and the new game coming out have gotten me thinking... Does anyone out there still have remnants of the "old-school" Jedi Academy? The days when we were just a young website trying to make a name for ourselves? The days of L-Rod, Phr00t, Legolas, JS999, AvALON, and others? Here's what I have so far, email me if you have anything else!

Those were the good old days. That tournament was very well done. I wish we could have another one, this time for jk3. I actully was a finalist for the Gamma group. i got duffman skin...ugh....ja map v1, 2, 3, 4.....umm....hmm...i dunno how many skins i have, but it's a couple of GB's...i remember ja map v1, but i never played beta map...would like that... Um.. I have version 1.03 of the JAMap. I also have Zip's Cage Trick (it doesnt work for me anymore). Does anyone have the original Server Pack? (DJ's skins) Edit: not to mention the MLA Skin! Edit 2: I know im not an olbie, but I do remember the times of JA Map 1, on DJ's server... my first few days... i stayed because Lian made the HP, and I really found it fun. I can still remember filming Lando Time, that was one of the best screw-around things I was ever involved in. Seeing DJ and Mr Dead (I think it was Mr Dead) trying to fight off the endless Lando swarm with their feeble weapons is a great sight. |
