What's up with the many connection interuptions lately  and the error i and some more peeps get when we wanna enter the npc room in wireplay uk  Does anyone knows whats going on? _______________ Step aside, make way for MY glory and pride! |

how about... just don't go near the NPC room... problem solved  well, if you really wanna play V NPC's load up your own server and save crashing the game.. if.. you tryed to load it and it still happens (which i doubt) load a totally different map, maybe Beta 2 to fight NPC's or Maybe /devmap <insert map name here> and use /npc spawn reborn or whatever... however i would suggest playing ppl.. -Aiden |

well, i had the same problem. when i wanted to enter the npc spawn room the game crashed (srry, dont remember what the note said). when i wanted to re-enter the server it crashed again with the notation: invalid .pk3 files detected..(or something like that) i waited 'till next day and then everything was back to normal. its very strange _______________ Little brother of Daidalus |

lol bail forgot about that I agree w/the reinstall but if that happens my guess its the r00ms fault. well, yes, you've just defined lag... but erm... any ideas on his own problem? the game-crash when he tries to enter the npc room? well anyway, my guess is reinstalling actually :s _______________ Visit the Belouve Family Website! ugh... FINE ill explain latency cause im such a nice guy! How internet games work, is that they send a small package of information from the server back to your computer and vice versa. This data is interpreted by your program, be it jk2 AIM MSN w/e. Lag happens when there is a delay in this sending/reciveing. If you use a slower connection, the transmission slows, but distance has a big factor. Say i had a top o' the line compy like a p4 ht 3.0 mhz and a real nice card + a cable cnnectn. Im from ohio so if i would try to login to a uk server i probobly would still lag. The longer the distance the slower the packege is sent and recived. for the lag: but before you do that, also make sure you have nothing like Kazaa or MSN running But then, if you have something like a 56k, then playing normal is hell... about the error: Try erm, reinstalling? but then, I'm no hero at the point of problem-solving. _______________ Visit the Belouve Family Website!
