Yup thats right folks, its over, and we had barely begun. It's really hurts me to see this thing end so soon, but I knew it was coming. Tarp, we don't know exactly how the JKA SP works so I don't think we've got a chance to find out just by trying out logical things, do we? well, that slows us down a bit. must... resist... stabbing... urge... ok, i'm under control. cmad, how about trying to extrapolate the SP code from the MP code they supplied? all of it's there, npcs and everything; it's just been wrapped in netcode. then all we need to do is tweak the project settings a little, and voilà! jagamex86.dll!  in other news, PadawanJonny, those archer-anim pics you promised me would be really handy right about next weekend... _______________ Saving the world, one kilobyte at a time. I just contacted Raven Software about the JKA SP SDK, and they replied: "Truth be told, I don't think there are any plans to release a SinglePlayer SDK for the game"  What are we gonna do now?  JK2? I read the meeting convo, and this sounds like a cool idea. One thing you'll need is a list of levels and skins your gonna need. I'm just going to make one off the top of my head, people can add on to it. Skins: Gandalf + staff (+ sword?) Bilbo Hobbits (maybe) The Dwarves Trolls Orcs The Orc King guy Gollum Elves Spiders Horses Wargs Eagles Beorn People of Dain Smaug so...seems to be more animals than people Stages: Hobbiton/Shire ----- Rivendell ----- Misty Mountains ----- Beorn's Place ----- Wood Elf Place ----- Dark Forest ----- Dain ----- Lonely Mountain/Halls Im missing lots of things probably, so fill anything I forgot. _______________ Personal body guard to teh 1337 Jacen Aratan! Yes, that would be the site. I suppose .txt would be a good idea, since formatting doesn't matter too much. And don't worry too much about getting M$VC 2003; 6 or 7 would be fine. Based on the number of people who have said they can't come (2 ) and Ulic's advice, I will be taking minutes of the meeting, in .doc format. If you can't or don't want to open these, let me know and i'll make it into a pdf for you (or maybe just txt... i don't particularly like adobe these days). PadawanJonny and/or CuZzA: it would be great if one of you could put them on the site afterward, because I'm too lazy to e-mail them to everyone who wants them (0 ).
