Yup thats right folks, its over, and we had barely begun. It's really hurts me to see this thing end so soon, but I knew it was coming. Okay everyone except Ulic, Bail, Aratan (who was talking on the #j-a channel most of the time   ) and me missed the meeting...I was feeling generous ( ) and kept a log of the meetingI'll upload a text file containing the most important parts of the meeting some time this week, for now you gotta go through the WHOLE conv (in your face )We will arrange a meeting probably for next Sunday, same place and same time, but keep tuned and PLZ be there next time!!! I doubt the fact that everyone who didn't say he/she wouldn't come will be there... This happens most times... I'll be keeping a log too in case someone finds me before Tarp (he's online a bit less than me ). Yes, that would be the site. I suppose .txt would be a good idea, since formatting doesn't matter too much. And don't worry too much about getting M$VC 2003; 6 or 7 would be fine. Based on the number of people who have said they can't come (2 ) and Ulic's advice, I will be taking minutes of the meeting, in .doc format. If you can't or don't want to open these, let me know and i'll make it into a pdf for you (or maybe just txt... i don't particularly like adobe these days). PadawanJonny and/or CuZzA: it would be great if one of you could put them on the site afterward, because I'm too lazy to e-mail them to everyone who wants them (0 ). CuZzA: the banner looks awesome! Just one slight problem, being that at this point, we're planning to do The Hobbit first and then LotR after that. We can still use that banner, it just needs to have something about The Hobbit on it as well. Meeting time: sounds like the best time would be Sunday, at 8 PM (20:00) GMT. If you can't make that, please please please let us know ASAP (but you were going to do that anyways, right? )Anyone with experience mapping: Would an OK way to make a cave maze be to just do squarish tunnels in caulk and then put textures in rocky-looking shapes over top of it? <-- n00b at maps including "natural" formations _______________ Saving the world, one kilobyte at a time. |
