It's talking about pixels not bytes. You need to resize it to something like 250 x 250 pixels. Also, it should not exceed 20K Bytes or something like that. Read the FAQ to get the correct size. Convert the picture to a TIFF ot GIF format. That with its pixel size should make it small enought to work for you. _______________ Brick Assassin for Hire Here, have a brick!
