Hehehe, about $1.30-1.50 a gallon here in Texas. I heard about some Green party in Germany/Austria that tried to make gas about $17.00-20.00 per gallon  Pretty UNSWEET _______________ I'm crazy, not stupid. |

Well since the car is still stock it has (drumroll): a V-6 cast-iron engine with aluminum alloy cylinder heads which displaces 3.0 liters which produces 200 horses at 5800 rpm (or it might be 5500, I forget) and 205 lbs of torque at 4000 rpm and currently redlines (that is, until I have my way with it ) at 6200 rpm. I am getting 21 mpg on the streets and 28 mpg on the highway so I can get from point A to point B and NOT have to pay out the rear for it! So if ya work out tha math, I can make about 400+ miles on a single tank! WOOT! So yeah, its gonna be sweet! _______________ I'm crazy, not stupid. |

SWEETNESS! WOOT! Went out and got into a few races tonite. Totally SMOKED some poor kid in a Civic. Ok, not smoked, more like UTTERLY HUMILIATED him in front of his friends. Now, I am a nice guy, so I didn't rub it in, but I think he took it a bit to personally and one of his 'homies' started callin' me a stupid griengos and dared me to race him. He had Plymouth. A Plymouth. A Plymouth, Horizion. ... ... ... ...I dont think you get it. This is the car that goes 45 mph WITH the wind. And if yer lucky, you can turn off the A/C and actually supercharge the little frigger to 48. T thought it would be no prob. Turns out, he had a can of nos (ya could smell it) and he actually got up to 115 on the quarter before I passed him. Anywho, we talked and I get 'em to all chill out. Talked, found out we like some of the same music and other stuff like that. Decided to meet tommorow to swap out some spare parts into his engine. In any case, its been an exciting night tonite. Tommorow I am going to go shopping around for engine prices on the V8 and if I am lucky, order it by Thursday and have the parts in by next weekend. IF everything goes smoothly. Thats an OK car, personally my favorite Nissan would be the 350Z, with extra big tires and nineteen-ince rims on it. Still, went down and closed the deal today, got the pink slip for the car and everything. Gonna leave it as-is for a month or two though, I can't drive for more than thirty minutes or so without my back hurting. For now though, it is a SWEET ride. BTW, Poll, with a gunmetal body, what color MIGHT look good for the under carriage lighting? I have never done it before or given it much thought, but I guy that had his done RIGHT, so it looked SWEET last night and it got me to thinking. _______________ I'm crazy, not stupid. |
