Quiets Quest Journal Day 6 The quest against the evil firewall of doom hasn't been going so well. Not only has the captive been put on day release for a short period (clearly a PR stunt by the Evil firewall of Doom) but for the past few days I have been detained by a huge number of bandits totaling, er 1 (well he was really big, probably a giant, a wizard, a loan shark, lepricorn or something equally as bad). Subjected to all kinds of torture including the dreaded nipple screws  I didn't spill anything even under extreme duress (although he didn't actually ask any questions).After 4 whole days of captivity I was finally ready to make my bid for freedom along with my fellow captive Joe the talking frog (long story) using nothing a safety pin, some toilet paper, a blow up doll (funny the things you find in caves of crazed bandits, it had nothing to do with me I swear) and er a magic crossbow. Anyway the escape was clearly heroic on my part but Joe the Talking frog didn't perform so well so it’s probably best I keep quiet on this one to save Joe's good name. After vanquishing the evil bandit and removing the magic bolt from the magic crossbow from my buttocks we looted the place and replacing some of the stuff that was taken from us. Anyway we made it to nearest local population centre after a load of walking(sigh!!!) a big city half way on the way to the evil firewall of doom (damn these bandits have good transport links). Anyway me and Joe have joined the local fighter’s guild to raise some cash to continue the quest; we've been assigned a quest to clean a warehouse of rats so the next update should be after that. Quiet's Quest Journal Day One There comes a time in every knight's life when he must rampage across the land leaving in his wake chaos, destruction, empty bars in taverns and load of dead stuff. Yep the Quiet one has decided to quest against the Evil Firewall of Doom! Having collected my kit together and left instructions on dog feeding times, etc. I leave the town only to find that a main part of questing appears to be walking.  I'm very unhappy about this and will be writing a complaint to the adventures & questing Union upon my return to get walking removed from any quests and to arrange adequate transportation to and from dungeons and evil super fortresses. Note to self. Day Two Long Island Upper East Side: The Lack of Nipples during this part of my journey is worrying but pales into insignificance compared to the lack of Nipples in the last few post.
