Hmmmm. First thing to try is other ports. For example the fact that you're using Internet Explorer (or possibly not ) means that at least one port is open (TCP? someone confirm that), and I'm FAIRLY sure JKA can be reconfigured to go around (EDIT: by which I mean through) that.
