An often asked question is what planet is next or when is a certain planet. I stumbled across a consular reference to this and thought it was handy to have. So I stole all the general bits and stripped out the consular specific things.
Talent Tier level assumes you put all your points into one tree, this isn't necessarily recommended as is just a guide as to where you'd would be if you did. The levels given are only guides and are the same as the ones given in-game, as a general rule most seem to find themselves slightly over level. Not included are bonus quest lines that usually require you to return to a planet. For example, Nar Shaddaa at about level 28 and Alderaan at about 40. Can add these later if we can confirm hard numbers.
