well im sure a lot of you may think this is a silly idear but im just gonna pitch it.

ok what about if when we go onto a public server we tacg the begining of our names with [JA] so we can recignise other academy members on public servers and show proper respect as opposed to just slaughtering this other fool on the server?! just an idea

Before I became Virtue's padawan, I used my [JAS] tag constantly, just to show to people where Im from. Ever since, I've not used a tag anymore and I kind of like my name tagless :) When I go to public servers, Im usually 'undercover' too. (Nicknamed Padawan, or something random.) Its just that when I go to NJO Im still playing under my own name.

As far as respect is concerned, Im the same guy anywhere as Im in the JA, to non-JA members as well. Sometimes they're rude, so I ignore them. Sometimes they're fine and we have a series of good duels :)

While it is fine and proper to show pride in being in the Academy, I rarely display that I am a member in pubs. The reason why is there are a lot of people out there who have an interest in causing trouble for the JA and I don't like to attract them to it. However, if I see that someone is a cool cat, I'll tell them all about the JA.

It's totally up to you if you want to wear any form of tag to show that you are a member of the Jedi Academy. A lot of people do actually prefer to play anonymously on public servers though. What you wear out there is entirely your choice. But if you want people to know that you are a Jedi Academy member out there, go ahead and show it. :D

There was a class or something like that before. Anyway if you go to random public and say stuff like that most of players will 'hahaha' @ you. That's normal - noobs. But sometimes when you play on public someone is interested in learning or someone ask you WHERE you learned to play. Then you can redirect them to the site. If they really want to learn, they'll join :)

Although its not required JA, students have the option of wearing their [JAS] tag or a [JAP] tag (if they are an official padawan) within the servers. Many people do enjoy wearing their tags on public servers as a sign of pride :)
