Thats great to hear Tho-mas. Don't worry about winning or losing duels its how much fun you have. I am glad you made it on and had a tour again I should be able to be on this weekend we should get a time so we can meet up and have some fun  . Look forward to seeing you and come and enjoy the servers anytime. Even if its empty go on and play around so you get used to playing. Most of the time people will come on if some one is there. cool that you have a step son that likes star wars. Kids are loads of fun hehe. My son was trying to figure out who that was, either darth maul or darth vader, he decided it was darth vader . Anywho, about your questions, first do you need all that stuff, no, the consequences of not having them are all your going to see are kyles and jadens running around. If you get the packs then you will see the people as they want you to see them. You will need the jedi academy map and thats about it for the time being. I would dload all of it if you have broadband and space to put it on the comp. Kyle gets boring after awhile, heheh. You need to put it in the base folder of your gamedata folder of the jedi academy folder. in other words where ever you installed JA (the game) on your comp navigate to it and look for the gamedata folder, in that folder there will be a folder labeled base put all the maps, skins, stuff to do with JA like hilt packs or anything that ends in .pk3 hehe. That should get you ready to get online as long as you have the patch for Jedi Academy the game installed also if not download this, that will update you to 1.01 which is what the server runs on. That should do it for the comp side now you just need to grab the IP address and the password on the this page make sure you are logged in though otherwise you won't see those things. Great to hear from you friend, warez or otherwise known as illegal copies of stolen software are not to be seen, heard or said in the academy. If you want to play a game buy it don't steal it. That is what the rule is saying about warez. Thank you for reviewing the faq and rules.
