Sure its who can press buttons faster, but to be quite honest you let your self in such a fatal lock the first place. There is talent in gettign into a lock, plus if you are really worried, you can push the person out of the lock (if you guys are using force powers) There is also a reflex involved liked there is in anything, if one person noticed it right away, the other person could of lost before they knew what happend... also locks look cool. My opinon there is skill in starting a lock or avoiding a lock, depending how well you fare at the locking part it self. To take off locking, may be to take off someone's technique to get you in a lock (it can't be that hard to avoid a lockign can it?
