Great work! :) I like how bits of the beta were incorporated into the (near?) final release. However, I noticed some issues.
For instance, there seems to be an invisible wall between the elevator and Luke's room. Also, what's up with that big area straight down at the bottom of the map? What are the switches with numbers for?
And... What happened to vehicles? I'm disappointed that they weren't incorporated into this new version. Please give an explanation for the lower level area and consider bringing vehicles into the new Academy map.

I believe that the Knights area switches should be switched to something that, when hit, lights up. A light-up switch, basically. That way, instead of holding the switch down, you can hit the switch and know when it's on by the light.
Just a suggestion for convenience.

Thx for the help guys, I finaly got the textures back but i dont seem to have all of them. I dont have the texture for maude's bar and i dont have the music there either. I also dont have the textures in JK area where u have some type of a pond. I even reinstalled the game and thats the only map I put in their and this problem occurs, any ideas why?

nice map.

Thouse i found it dark in some places.Olso the invisible wall before lukes room was lol.
I found that in cortyard are too much flame lights.It made it look a little strange.But nice map. The bar still rocks :p

Vlad's Memorial Garden will be open to the public for the next bug-fix release. However, we are going to be able to lock the doors, so if any totally stupid people are on the Servers, we'll just seal that area off so that only us respectable people can access it.

I don't think that's logical. So whenever we want to visit Vlad's memorial, we'll have to plea a JAK+?

I'm sure ppl aren't that stupid to duel in front of a "late" man's memorial. Or are they?

The door isn't supposed to work. It can only be accessed by teleporting (or noclip if you start your own server). This was done so people wouldn't use his memorial as a duelling or FFA area.

I think the pit duel room shouldn't have such a long fall. I hope a bottom with shallow water is added or something, like how it was in JA v4 for JK2. :alliance:

Shao is right, take out Jedi_Academy_V4_conversion, that should solve the problem, atleast if you still have it in :)

The map was intended for JA. You are probably missing textures because you have some custom maps that have conflicting textures. If you remove the ones with over-writing textures, it'll be fine.

The real map's great! But im not sure if im the only one with this problem. When I play the map many many rexures are missing for me, Is this because im playing the map on JA? Secondly While ur on ur way up the big elevator u seem to not go past as if there's and invisible barrier but when u jump its ok.

Map is excellent! Nicely done! Are there layouts for what everything is? I wouldn't mind going over the blueprints :)

the first two betas were good, but with those you saw only certain areas of the map were used heavlily, so why have all that wasted space just sitting there, when we could make a map that would take the most used elements from those :)

OMG i love the windows. im gonna kiss who ever put those in there. now this is the kinda map i was saying we needed. it perfectly captures the games version of the jedi academy.

u guys did a REALY good job on ur release of this map its like a HUGE change but
1 thing is bugging me a bit inthe courtyard why is there like 3 matrix rooms?
shouldnt it be 1 matrix 1 glass ,etc??
or are u gonna change that in v2
