Has anyone ever been to this sight? http://chroniclesofgeorge.nanc.com Here's the basic premise: This guy works in a Desktop Support department and there's this guy George that he works with. George is the guy that answers the phone and passes on the problem to the next Tier of support if he can't solve their problems.
