It's an Xbox Arcade game.
Other than that all we know is it involves shooting and stormtroopers. Arcade games do sometimes come out for the PC as well it's worth noting, and some folks are speculating (based on very little, but still) that this could be a spin off of the Battlefront games. Yoda Stories 2 is the sequel we've all been waiting for really, when you get right down to it.

I'm waiting for Yoda Stories 2 
New Assault could be a Rebel Assault I / II revamp or sequel. Not a lot of details to know for sure. This is definitely interesting as I had thought they would be focusing solely on 1313 for now (as they didn't really do much alongside TFU). It would definitely seem it isn't going to be a straight sequel/follow on to a previous title, because you would bring back JK, Rep Com, or Battlefront under their iconic name to draw in the pre-established fan base. Also if the fact they covered the whole range of merch, including kids stuff, means anything then we could be looking at a massive 'across all ages' type of release.
